Maps and Head Colds

Jenna was looking at one of Kyleah's early books the other day. There was a page about shapes, one about counting money, one about simple fractions. When she got to the page illustrating the 50 states, she proudly told me "let's talk about the weather now".


A nasty cold has been residing in my house for a couple of weeks now. Both Daddy and Jenna have been coughing and sneezing - never to be far from the kleenex box. This morning when Daddy went in to get Jenna, she complained about her stuffy nose. "I couldn't snore. I couldn't snore in my bed, see?" and then she tried to prove it with a dramatic sniff.
