Jenna: Mommy, torrorrow (yes, more r's than m's in her version) when I get married? You can put on my hat (veil?) and you can put on my dress and then we'll dance!
Mommy: That sounds like fun. Who are you going to marry?
Jenna: I don't know! (like it was the silliest question she'd ever heard)
Does it make me a bad mommy that I didn't take the next day off in anticipation of the big event?

She had probably forgotten her wedding by the next day. Good thing there wasn't a real groom.
