Fun in a tent
To help change things up a bit, we got out Kyleah's old tent. Its the play in the living room kind of tent, not the sleep in the outdoors kind of tent. Jenna loved it!

A Grand Adventure is Bound to Happen
I am the Mommy. Jenna is 5 years old and just became a big sister in December. Kaitlyn joined our family in a blizzard. A sign of things to come with her? I am married to a wonderful man who has brought to my life an energetic and very smart step-daughter named Kyleah. When I'm not trying to be the best Mommy and wife I can be, I'm a 911 dispatcher for a local police department. A grand adventure is what I was promised when I met my husband...a grand adventure is what it's become.

cute! That is an expression of pure bliss and fun in that second picture...why isn't Parker in there with her?? :)
Parker Bear was no fun at all today. She was too exhausted from not sleeping the night before - those thunderstorms really throw her for a loop. Jenna, on the other hand, slept right through the whole racket!
Oh, that looks fun!
We have one of those living room tents too! Hours of staticy-hair fun ;)
