It's a Boat
Jenna always takes a particular book with her to bed. It has a doodle pro on the top and a book on the bottom. The book describes how to draw letters. She practices her J's and often scribbles on it and then calls me in with hopes of me telling her "what does it say?".
Last night she yelled from her bed:
"Mommy, I'm going to draw a gondola."
"Jenna, do you know what a gondola is?"
"It's a boat." (said in a tone that practically included the word "duh" at the end)
Today we passed a car parked on the street that had a canoe strapped to the top.
"Mommy, a GONDOLA!"
